Background:
This bill is to help those who are in need of healthcare that are unable to afford it. It also helps those who are disabled and can not afford the healthcare that they may need.

Goal:
The goal of this bill is so that everyone will have equal protection as far asa healthcare. There is not one person who is not able to get good care when they go to a hospital.

Type of power:
This is the legislative power, because it has not passed through the house yet.

Analysis:
No, this has not passed yet, it is still going through congress. There has been several changes to it to try and get it passed but not much has happened.

I think that this is a very big deal and am surprised that it would take so long to pass. Having Grandparents that need health care its kind of bad that they have to keep making changes to it.

Jenny, refer to the Constitution to determine which type of power allows Congress to try to pass this legislation. Article I, section 8. If it is an implied power it still should connect back to a power from Article I, section 8.

I believe that this is very important. I'm suprised that it hasn't gone through yet. I think it should pass there are a lot of people who can't afford it and are in need of it.
