THIS BILL IS SAYING THAT ALL RESIDENTS OF THIS COUNTRY SHOULD BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH BY EXPANDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND ACCESS TO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES. ALSO THEY ENCOURAGE KNOWING OTHER LANGUAGES. THEY DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO LOOSE THEIR CULTURE BY LOOSING THEIR LANGUAGE. THEY ALSO WANNA CONTINUE TO OFFER SERVICES IN OTHER THAN ENGLISH.

TO IMPROVE EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF ENGLISH

CREATING MORE FOCUS ON ENGLISH EDUACATION

YES, BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE POWER TO REGULATE THE EDUCATION STANDARDS
